1. Install the runner: pnpm --filter @servus/runner exec tsx src/cli.ts connect
2. Or use the worker SDK: import { ServusWorker } from '@servus/sdk'
3. Register capabilities, pass conformance, sign a runtime policy
4. Enable overnight bidding within cost and margin ceilings
